Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-volume positions.
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing a high volume of candidates through various channels.
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline and database.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and success criteria.
- Conducting effective candidate assessments, phone screens, and reference checks.
- Posting job descriptions on job boards, social media, and company career pages.
- Tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in high-volume recruiting or staffing roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates using creative strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
