  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-volume positions.

  • Conducting effective candidate assessments, phone screens, and reference checks.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in high-volume recruiting or staffing roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
