- Execute high-volume recruitment campaigns across multiple job functions simultaneously
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies using diverse channels including job boards, social media, and networking
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure quality hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including offer negotiations and onboarding coordination
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future staffing needs
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements and staffing priorities
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and improve time-to-hire
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and labor regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of high-volume recruitment experience in agency or corporate setting
- Proven track record of successfully filling 50+ positions annually
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through advanced Boolean search techniques
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse candidates
- Results-oriented mindset with ability to perform in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements
