Kualifikasi

  • Proven track record of successfully filling 50+ positions annually
  • Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through advanced Boolean search techniques
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse candidates

  • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements
