As an HMO Hospital In-Patient Officer, you will guide members through their entire hospital journey, from admission to discharge, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact and dedicated advocate for iCare HMO members during their hospital confinement.
- Facilitate and coordinate the end-to-end admission, confinement, and discharge processes for members, ensuring strict adherence to iCare HMO policies and guidelines.
- Liaise effectively with hospital medical staff, administrative teams, and internal iCare HMO departments to resolve member concerns, authorize procedures, and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Provide clear, empathetic, and timely communication to members and their families regarding their benefits, coverage, hospital procedures, and expected care pathway.
- Monitor members' welfare and confinement status, proactively addressing any issues, requirements, or unexpected challenges that may arise.
- Process and verify all necessary documentation related to member confinement, including medical certificates, billing statements, and claims, ensuring accuracy and prompt submission.
- Conduct regular visits to partner hospitals to maintain visibility, build strong relationships with hospital personnel, and provide immediate support to members.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on member confinement cases, service utilization, challenges encountered, and successful resolutions for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or any related allied health field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in an HMO, hospital, or clinical setting, with a strong background in patient relations, member services, or healthcare coordination.
- In-depth understanding of HMO processes, medical terminologies, insurance policies, and local healthcare regulations.
- Exceptional communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and active listening skills, with a demonstrated patient-first approach.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in using standard office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- A high level of empathy, compassion, and professionalism when interacting with members and healthcare providers.
