Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of home health billing, including claims submission and payment posting.
- Review and analyze denied claims to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular OASIS documentation reviews to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate coding.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Stay updated on changes in healthcare regulations, billing codes, and reimbursement policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in home health billing or medical coding.
- Deep understanding of OASIS documentation and Medicare/Medicaid billing requirements.
- Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems and billing software.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with payers and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
