J&T Cargo is a leading logistics provider, and we are seeking a dedicated Home Installation Support specialist to join our team in Jakarta Utara. As a Mandarin speaker, you will play a crucial role in bridging the communication gap for our valued customers, ensuring a seamless installation experience. In this role, you will work closely with our logistics team to handle home deliveries and installations, ensuring products are set up correctly and customers are satisfied. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service during home installation processes.
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients regarding delivery schedules and product setup.
- Troubleshoot installation issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of installation activities and customer feedback.
- Ensure all safety and quality standards are met during the installation process.
- Assist in packaging and preparing equipment for delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal).
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics support is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Basic understanding of home appliances or electronic equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if needed.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
