Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding home lending products and services.
- Assist customers with loan application submissions, documentation, and status updates.
- Provide accurate information on mortgage products, payment options, and account management.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services or home lending.
- Strong understanding of mortgage or loan processes and terminology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to work onsite in Bonifacio Global City.
