Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with Home Security account openings and inquiries.
- Explain security system features and guide customers through the setup process.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Process payments and update customer profiles accurately in the CRM system.
- Build rapport with customers to promote retention and upsell opportunities.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules and weekends if required.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
