Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls regarding home security installations, maintenance, and emergency support
  • Diagnose technical issues with security systems and provide step-by-step troubleshooting guidance
  • Process service orders, schedule technician appointments, and manage customer documentation
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems and ensure data accuracy
  • Meet/exceed performance metrics for call handling time, first-contact resolution, and customer satisfaction

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
  • Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
  • Strong verbal communication skills with clear articulation in English and Filipino
