Tanggung Jawab
- Execute timely and accurate delivery of medical supplies, equipment, and documents to designated locations
- Verify delivery contents against manifests and maintain detailed delivery logs
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and patients to schedule deliveries and resolve delivery issues
- Maintain strict adherence to hygiene protocols and safe handling procedures for medical items
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damaged goods promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure maximum efficiency and punctuality
- Provide exceptional customer service during all client interactions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proven experience in delivery, logistics, or customer service preferred
- Strong knowledge of Denpasar and surrounding areas
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 20kg
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic proficiency in using mobile devices and delivery tracking apps
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if required
