This pivotal role requires an experienced professional to oversee complex hospital construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to strict medical facility standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols. You'll coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage subcontractors, and maintain rigorous quality control while optimizing project timelines and budgets. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and execute all on-site construction activities for hospital and healthcare facilities
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with healthcare-specific regulations
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation while maintaining quality standards
- Resolve technical issues and coordinate with architects, engineers, and medical consultants
- Implement sustainable construction practices and maintain environmental compliance
- Prepare detailed progress reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Ensure seamless integration of medical systems, equipment, and specialized infrastructure
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of construction management experience with 3+ years in healthcare/hospital projects
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects (>10,000 m²)
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent construction safety certification
- Deep knowledge of hospital-specific construction standards (JCI, MOH Indonesia)
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project)
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
