- Develop and implement comprehensive laboratory management strategies aligned with organizational goals and healthcare standards
- Plan, coordinate, and execute laboratory transition and transformation projects to improve operational efficiency
- Oversee laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and accreditation protocols
- Manage laboratory staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and professional development
- Implement and maintain laboratory information systems (LIS) to enhance workflow and data management
- Develop and monitor laboratory budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless laboratory services
- Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in laboratory management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Laboratory Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Laboratory Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in laboratory management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Certification in Laboratory Management (e.g., ASCLS, ASCP) or related healthcare management certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of laboratory operations, quality control, and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO, CLIA, CAP)
- Excellent project management skills with experience in laboratory transition and transformation projects
- Strong leadership and team management abilities with proven experience in motivating laboratory staff
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
