- Engage with healthcare professionals, patients, and community stakeholders to foster a collaborative hospital environment.

Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the healthcare, medical services, or hospital administration sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Nursing, Medicine, Business Management, Public Health, or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership potential, strong analytical problem-solving skills, and a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
