Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and track hospital licenses, accreditations, and permits to ensure timely renewals
- Conduct regular spot audits to verify compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Prepare and submit documentation for license applications, renewals, and inspections
- Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies regarding compliance matters
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical records of all licensing documents
- Develop and implement compliance tracking systems and protocols
- Provide regular compliance reports to hospital management and department heads
- Stay informed about changes in healthcare legislation and accreditation requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital licensing or regulatory compliance
- Knowledge of Philippine healthcare regulations (DOH, PhilHealth, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance documentation systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional certification in healthcare compliance (preferred)
