As a key member of our sales team, you will engage in strategic account management, conduct product presentations, and drive revenue growth within the Central Java region.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct effective product presentations and training sessions for healthcare professionals, including doctors and pharmacists.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients in the hospital and clinic network.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the assigned territory.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product performance to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide comprehensive technical product support and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns and promotional materials.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Medical Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Proven experience in medical device sales or healthcare marketing is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Valid Indonesian driving license and willingness to travel for field visits.
- Familiarity with hospital procurement processes and healthcare regulations is a plus.
