Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell medical device products to healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key medical stakeholders in assigned territory
- Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and training sessions for clinical staff
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly targets
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events
- Prepare detailed sales reports and provide actionable market insights
- Ensure seamless product adoption through post-sales follow-up and support
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Life Sciences
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in healthcare or medical devices
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills with clinical audiences
- Deep understanding of hospital procurement processes and healthcare regulations
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with willingness for regional travel
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for technical communication
