- Promote and sell medical devices to healthcare professionals in hospital environments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key hospital staff and decision-makers
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Conduct product demonstrations and training for clinical and administrative staff
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through ongoing support and relationship management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in medical devices or healthcare sector
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated with results-driven approach
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
