- Plan, produce, and distribute engaging multimedia content (text, visual, video, audio) for digital platforms
- Host live events and streams with high audience engagement and energy
- Develop content calendars aligned with marketing objectives and brand voice
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
- Analyze content performance metrics to optimize future strategies
- Stay current with digital trends and platform algorithm changes
- Manage content distribution across social media, websites, and emerging platforms
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in digital content creation and live hosting
- Strong on-camera presence and excellent public speaking skills
- Familiarity with live streaming platforms (YouTube Live, Facebook Live, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in teams
- Proficiency in content creation tools and basic editing software
- Understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
