Tanggung Jawab
- Host daily live streaming sessions on TikTok, Shopee Live, and other e-commerce/social media platforms.
- Engage with the audience in real-time, responding to comments, questions, and feedback to foster a vibrant community.
- Showcase and demonstrate products in an appealing and informative manner to drive sales conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to plan livestream themes, scripts, and promotional activities.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, hashtags, and audio to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Monitor livestream analytics and provide feedback to optimize performance and viewer engagement.
- Maintain broadcast quality by coordinating with the technical team on lighting, sound, and camera setup.
- Represent the brand with a positive, energetic, and professional attitude both on and off camera.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Livestream Host, Host Live, or in a similar on-camera role (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a strong plus.
- High energy, outgoing personality with a natural ability to entertain and captivate an audience.
- Comfortable and confident in front of a camera for extended periods.
- Familiarity with livestreaming equipment and platforms (OBS, StreamYard, TikTok Live, Shopee Live).
- Strong improvisation skills to handle unscripted moments and technical hiccups gracefully.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays based on the streaming schedule.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Jakarta Utara.
