In this role, you will be the face of our brand, driving engagement and sales through dynamic live streaming sessions and compelling social media content.

You will be responsible for showcasing our products, interacting with our community in real-time, and brainstorming creative content ideas that keep our audience coming back for more. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging live streaming sessions on platforms like TikTok and Shopee for a minimum of 3 hours daily.
- Develop, film, and edit high-quality short-form video content to boost brand visibility.
- Interact with viewers during live broadcasts to answer product queries and drive conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with current digital marketing trends and viral challenges to incorporate into brand content.
- Manage end-to-end production of social media assets, from planning and scripting to final editing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content schedules with promotional campaigns and new arrivals.
- Monitor and analyze live stream performance metrics to optimize engagement strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a live streamer, content creator, or a similar role in the fashion/retail industry.
- Highly energetic, confident, and articulate with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, VN, or Adobe Premiere Rush).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content trends on TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting content deadlines.
- Fast learner, adaptable, and able to handle pressure during live sessions.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude toward brand representation.
