PT. Niaga Aneka Mode is seeking a talented and energetic Host Live & Content Creator to join our growing team in Surabaya. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for creating engaging digital content and hosting live streaming sessions that captivate our audience. We are looking for a creative individual who loves interacting with people and has a strong understanding of social media trends. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and driving engagement through high-quality video content and real-time interaction.
As a Content Creator, you will work closely with the marketing team to develop innovative content strategies. From scripting live sessions to editing short-form videos, your creativity will be the key to our success. Tanggung Jawab
- Host live streaming sessions on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms, ensuring high viewer engagement and interaction.
- Create and produce engaging video content, including Reels, Stories, and short videos, tailored for social media algorithms.
- Manage social media accounts, including posting updates and responding to comments and messages promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and content concepts.
- Conduct product demonstrations and reviews during live sessions to highlight brand features.
- Edit and finalize video content using professional editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN).
- Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and optimize future content strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hosting live streams or content creation is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, charisma, and the ability to speak clearly on camera.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, especially TikTok and Instagram.
- Familiarity with video editing tools and mobile applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Visual Communication, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends or holidays, depending on live schedule requirements.
- Positive attitude and a strong passion for digital media and fashion.
