Are you energetic, confident, and passionate about dance? PT. Blue Sea International is looking for a creative and engaging Host Live Dance to join our growing content team in Bandung. In this role, you will be the face of our live streaming broadcasts, creating high-energy dance content that captivates our online audience.
We are looking for someone who can combine their movement skills with excellent communication to build a loyal community. You will work in a professional studio environment, utilizing your personality to drive engagement and maintain a fun, interactive atmosphere for viewers. Whether you are a professional dancer or someone with a natural rhythm and a flair for the camera, we want to hear from you!
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform live dance sessions on designated social media and streaming platforms.
- Engage actively with the audience through chat and interactive segments during live streams.
- Develop creative dance content and choreographies tailored for a digital audience.
- Maintain a consistent streaming schedule and meet performance KPIs (e.g., viewer retention, engagement).
- Collaborate with the production team to improve live stream setups, lighting, and visual aesthetics.
- Monitor current trends in dance and social media to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Represent the PT. Blue Sea International brand professionally during all live sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Proven basic dance skills or a strong, demonstrated passion for the art of dance.
- Comfortable and confident performing in front of a camera for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with an online audience.
- Willingness to learn streaming software and platform-specific engagement tools.
- High energy, creative mindset, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from producers.
- Previous experience in live streaming or content creation is a significant plus.
