Are you a natural-born performer with a passion for health-conscious food products? Alamii Food is looking for an energetic and articulate Live Ecommerce Host to join our growing team in Jakarta Barat. As the face of our brand during live streaming sessions, you will play a pivotal role in driving awareness, engaging our community, and converting viewers into loyal customers.
In this role, you won't just be presenting products; you will be telling the Alamii story. We are looking for someone who can maintain high energy, answer product queries in real-time, and create an exciting shopping environment that drives sales. If you have a flair for social media and a knack for persuasion, we want to hear from you!
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-energy live streaming sessions on platforms like Shopee Live, TikTok Shop, and Instagram Live.
- Demonstrate product features, usage, and benefits to potential customers in an engaging manner.
- Actively interact with the audience by answering questions, acknowledging comments, and building a rapport.
- Execute promotional activities and flash sales to drive immediate conversion and meet daily/weekly sales targets.
- Analyze live stream performance data to improve engagement metrics and viewer retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align with campaign goals and brand messaging.
- Create fun, informative, and viral-ready video content to support ongoing ecommerce promotions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or Broadcasting is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Live Streamer, MC, Influencer, or Sales Associate is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident, cheerful, and persuasive personality.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and capable of maintaining high energy for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and ecommerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee).
- Ability to improvise and handle live Q&A sessions professionally and accurately.
- Willing to work on a part-time basis, including weekends or evenings as required by campaign schedules.
