- Host live streaming sessions on various digital platforms with high energy and charisma.
- Engage with viewers in real-time through chat, comments, and interactive games to maintain high retention rates.
- Read scripts and cues accurately to ensure content quality and flow during broadcasts.
- Coordinate closely with production, set design, and lighting teams to ensure a professional broadcast environment.
- Maintain a professional yet approachable on-air persona that aligns with the brand's identity.
- Adhere to strict broadcasting schedules and time management to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle audience inquiries and assist with chat moderation to foster a positive community atmosphere.
Kualifikasi
- Excellent public speaking and communication skills with a confident stage presence.
- Experience in hosting events, MCing, or similar roles in the entertainment industry is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a live production setting.
- High energy, positive attitude, and the ability to improvise during broadcasts.
- Basic knowledge of digital streaming tools and social media platforms.
- Fluency in Indonesian (English proficiency is an advantage).
