Tanggung Jawab
- Host live events and broadcasts with high energy, charisma, and professionalism.
- Engage with the audience in real-time to build community, loyalty, and brand affinity.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling scripts and content strategies.
- Manage technical aspects of live streaming, including audio, video, and lighting setups.
- Monitor live chat and feedback to address audience questions and concerns immediately.
- Promote products, services, and campaigns effectively during live sessions.
- Maintain a consistent and positive brand image across all digital platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in hosting, live streaming, or public speaking roles.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong on-camera presence and the ability to adapt to dynamic and fast-paced situations.
- Familiarity with streaming platforms (e.g., YouTube Live, Zoom, TikTok Live) and basic technical knowledge.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- High level of creativity, enthusiasm for digital media, and a strong work ethic.
