You will be responsible for hosting regular streaming sessions, interacting with viewers in real-time, and effectively showcasing our products to a wide audience. Tanggung Jawab
- Host and manage regular live streaming sessions on marketplace platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee) with high energy and professionalism.
- Engage with viewers in real-time by answering questions, managing chat, and creating a welcoming community atmosphere.
- Promote products, special offers, and brand values to maximize viewer retention and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to prepare scripts, product showcases, and promotional content.
- Maintain high-quality visual and audio standards during broadcasts, including camera angles, lighting, and sound.
- Analyze live stream performance and viewer feedback to suggest improvements for future sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience or strong interest in live streaming, social media hosting, or public speaking.
- Excellent communication skills with a charismatic, energetic, and approachable personality.
- Ability to think on your feet and handle spontaneous interactions with viewers confidently.
- Familiarity with marketplace platforms and digital marketing trends is a significant advantage.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a quiet, well-lit workspace.
- Punctual, self-motivated, and able to work independently as a contract employee.
