In this role, you will be the face of our brand, driving audience engagement and converting viewers into loyal customers through authentic, high-energy live streaming sessions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct professional, engaging, and high-energy live stream sessions across various platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Instagram).
- Demonstrate cosmetic products effectively to educate viewers on usage, benefits, and application techniques.
- Interact in real-time with the audience, answering questions and building brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative content ideas for social media and live campaigns.
- Participate as a talent model for brand photoshoots, video commercials, and social media campaigns.
- Analyze streaming performance metrics to optimize future sessions and increase viewer conversion rates.
- Maintain a deep understanding of current beauty trends, brand guidelines, and promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Live Stream Host, KOL, or Sales Promoter in the beauty or fashion industry.
- Confident, energetic, and articulate in front of the camera with excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, live-streaming platform tools, and digital marketing dynamics.
- Ability to multitask and handle live sales targets under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as per streaming schedules.
- Well-groomed appearance and a genuine passion for cosmetics and beauty products.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is a plus.
