As our Live Streaming Host, you won't just be presenting products; you will be curating an engaging shopping experience, educating our audience, and driving real-time sales through platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and Instagram. We are looking for someone who can think on their feet, manage audience interactions, and maintain high energy throughout long-duration live sessions. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular live streaming sessions on various e-commerce platforms to showcase products.
- Engage actively with viewers by answering questions, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive community.
- Implement effective sales techniques to drive conversion rates during live broadcasts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand product features and prepare engaging scripts or talking points.
- Monitor live metrics to optimize performance and audience retention in real-time.
- Maintain a professional, energetic, and brand-aligned persona on camera.
- Assist in content creation and short-video production to support live streaming promotions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications is a plus.
- Proven experience as a live streamer, content creator, or a background in sales/public speaking.
- High level of confidence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to speak clearly in front of an audience.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and e-commerce platform algorithms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to flexible shift schedules.
- Proficiency in using live streaming equipment, including lighting, microphones, and camera software.
- Highly self-motivated, creative, and target-oriented mindset.
