Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct live streaming sessions daily across multiple social media and e-commerce platforms.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to potential customers in a clear and engaging manner.
- Interact with the live audience by responding to comments and questions to maintain high viewer engagement.
- Implement effective sales strategies during broadcasts to meet or exceed daily sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan engaging content, trends, and promotional activities for upcoming streams.
- Maintain a professional and energetic image on camera throughout the entire broadcasting session.
- Analyze streaming performance data to provide feedback on what content resonates best with the audience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Live Streamer, MC, or in a sales-oriented role.
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera or large audience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade viewers effectively.
- Proficient in using live streaming equipment and social media platforms (TikTok, Shopee, etc.).
- Ability to improvise and adapt to fast-paced, live environments.
- Fast learner, tech-savvy, and highly disciplined regarding time management.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to align with peak traffic and promotional campaigns.
