We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Host Live Streaming to join the team at Casella Kreasi Indonesia. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for managing live broadcasts to connect with our audience, drive engagement, and promote our products effectively. We are seeking a candidate who can maintain high energy levels while adhering to a structured work schedule.
The schedule is designed to ensure balance and consistency. You will be actively streaming for a total of 6 hours during your shift, with a total of 2 hours allocated for breaks. We offer flexible shift patterns such as (3-1-3-1) or (2-1-2-1-2), allowing you to manage your time efficiently while ensuring the broadcast runs smoothly.
Tanggung Jawab
- Host Live Sessions: Manage and execute live streaming broadcasts on various platforms to showcase products and engage with the audience.
- Engage Viewers: Interact with viewers through chat, answer questions, and maintain a high-energy, entertaining atmosphere.
- Product Promotion: Effectively highlight product features, benefits, and promotions to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Follow Schedule: Strictly adhere to the work schedule, including active streaming hours and break times (3-1-3-1 or 2-1-2-1-2).
- Technical Management: Ensure camera stability, lighting, and audio quality during the live stream.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to prepare scripts, talking points, and promotional materials.
- Feedback Reporting: Monitor viewer feedback and provide daily reports on engagement metrics and audience sentiment.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Previous experience as a live streamer or host is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to speak clearly and confidently on camera.
- Schedule Discipline: Ability to follow the specific shift pattern (3-1-3-1 or 2-1-2-1-2) and manage break times effectively.
- Energetic Persona: A bubbly, energetic, and approachable personality that resonates with the target audience.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of live streaming apps and mobile devices.
- Punctuality: Reliable and disciplined attendance is mandatory.
