Tanggung Jawab
- Host live streaming sessions with high energy, charisma, and professional presentation.
- Engage with the audience by actively reading and responding to chat comments in real-time.
- Follow scripts and flow charts to ensure content delivery is smooth and on-brand.
- Maintain a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor on camera at all times.
- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot streaming issues and ensure high video/audio quality.
- Promote products, services, or events effectively during live segments to drive engagement.
- Monitor viewer metrics and audience feedback to adjust content strategy accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Excellent command of the English language with strong public speaking and communication skills.
- Previous experience in hosting, MCing, or live streaming is highly preferred.
- Comfortable being on camera and presenting to a large online audience.
- Fast and stable internet connection is mandatory for this role.
- Ability to multitask and react quickly to changing situations during a live broadcast.
- A professional appearance and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Available to work full-time hours with a commitment to punctuality.
