In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with thousands of viewers daily. You won't just be presenting products; you will be building communities, educating our audience on skincare science, and driving direct sales through captivating live sessions. We are looking for someone who lives and breathes social media trends, understands the mechanics of live commerce, and knows how to convert viewers into loyal customers.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging daily live streaming sessions on TikTok and other e-commerce platforms to promote beauty and skincare products.
- Develop and execute creative content strategies to increase viewer retention and live engagement metrics.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations, explaining skincare benefits and usage to prospective customers.
- Actively respond to viewer questions, comments, and inquiries in real-time to build brand trust.
- Achieve and exceed daily or weekly sales targets set by the marketing department.
- Collaborate with the creative team to stay updated on current beauty trends, viral challenges, and platform algorithms.
- Maintain a professional, energetic, and brand-aligned persona throughout every broadcast.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a live streamer, content creator, or a background in marketing/communications.
- Deep understanding of TikTok Shop features and live commerce best practices.
- Confident, energetic, and highly articulate public speaker with a 'camera-ready' personality.
- Passionate about the beauty and skincare industry with a willingness to learn technical product details.
- Ability to perform under pressure and maintain consistency during long-duration live broadcasts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet to resolve customer inquiries.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule environment (including weekends/evenings).
- Creative thinker with a proven track record of growing social media engagement.
