Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-energy live streaming sessions on TikTok and other platforms to promote skincare products.
- Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions, providing product demos, and building brand loyalty.
- Develop creative scripts and talking points to ensure engaging and effective product presentations.
- Analyze live streaming metrics to optimize performance, viewer retention, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to plan product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure a professional and aesthetically pleasing environment for all live broadcasts.
- Manage customer inquiries and feedback during live sessions with a positive and helpful attitude.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in sales, broadcasting, or social media content creation is a plus.
- Proven ability to speak confidently and energetically on camera.
- Deep interest and knowledge in beauty and skincare industry trends.
- Active user of TikTok with an understanding of social commerce dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain audience engagement.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as required by streaming schedules.
