Are you a natural in front of the camera with a passion for digital storytelling? Gadingmas Wirajaya is looking for a creative, energetic, and data-driven Host Live Streaming & Content Creator to join our growing team in Bandung. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and executing engaging content that captures our audience's attention across platforms like TikTok and beyond.
You will play a pivotal role in driving our brand awareness and sales conversions by hosting high-energy live sessions and crafting compelling short-form video content. We are looking for someone who stays ahead of trends, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable engaging with viewers in real-time. If you have the creativity to brainstorm viral concepts and the technical skills to execute them from end-to-end, we want to meet you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute high-engagement live streaming sessions on TikTok and other emerging social platforms.
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality video content to drive brand engagement.
- Monitor and analyze streaming performance metrics to optimize future content and sales strategies.
- Engage actively with viewers during live broadcasts to build community and trust.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align content calendars with current product launches and campaigns.
- Identify and implement viral trends, challenges, and hashtags relevant to our industry.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual aesthetics across all digital channels.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in live streaming, content creation, or social media management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
- Deep understanding of TikTok algorithms, trends, and content production best practices.
- Proficiency in basic video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required for streaming.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure during live broadcasts.
- High creativity, high energy, and a confident personality in front of the camera.
