You will play a pivotal role in driving sales, increasing audience engagement, and building long-term relationships with our followers. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging daily live streaming sessions to showcase fashion apparel.
- Present products with enthusiasm, explaining key features, styling tips, and material quality.
- Interact actively with viewers by answering questions, addressing comments, and building community rapport.
- Coordinate with the operations team to prepare outfits and scripts before going live.
- Execute promotional activities, flash sales, and campaign events during live broadcasts.
- Monitor live metrics and adapt presentation styles to optimize viewer retention and sales conversion.
- Maintain a professional appearance and consistent brand identity throughout all live sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in any field.
- Proven experience as a live streamer, content creator, or sales promoter is a major plus.
- Confident personality with excellent public speaking and storytelling abilities.
- Deep passion for fashion, trends, and styling techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high energy for extended periods.
- Fast learner, adaptable to new platform features and trends.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends if required.
- Proficient in Indonesian language (fluent and articulate).
