Are you ready to bring energy to the screen? Kelontong Unik is seeking a dynamic Host Live Streaming to join our team in a Full Time, Office-Based (WFO) capacity. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, specializing in the hard-selling of high-quality iPhone cases across two of the world's largest e-commerce platforms: TikTok and Shopee. Your primary objective is to captivate audiences, highlight the durability and style of our products, and drive immediate sales through compelling live presentations. We value charisma, product knowledge, and the ability to turn viewers into loyal customers. Tanggung Jawab
- Host live streaming sessions on TikTok and Shopee to promote iPhone cases.
- Engage with viewers in real-time to build rapport and trust.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage of iPhone cases effectively.
- Handle sales objections and close transactions professionally.
- Maintain a high-energy and entertaining atmosphere throughout the broadcast.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales scripts.
- Monitor live chat and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Analyze sales performance and adjust strategies for better conversion rates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in live streaming or sales (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and a confident speaking voice.
- Ability to stay energetic and maintain a positive attitude for long hours.
- Deep understanding of smartphone accessories, specifically iPhone cases.
- Proficient in using streaming software and equipment.
- Strong persuasive skills and ability to upsell products.
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK).
- Willingness to work in a Full Time Office Based (WFO) environment.
