Are you a high-energy communicator with a passion for F&B and lifestyle products? PT. Delifru Utama Indonesia is looking for a dynamic Live Streaming Host to join our team in Jakarta Barat. As the face of our brand, you will be instrumental in driving engagement, building community, and boosting sales through live shopping platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and Instagram Live.
We are seeking an individual who is comfortable in front of the camera, capable of improvising under pressure, and has a knack for demonstrating product benefits in a way that captivates our audience. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-energy daily live streaming sessions across various social media platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Instagram).
- Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits, and usage creatively to prospective customers.
- Engage actively with the audience, answering questions and addressing comments in real-time to foster community.
- Execute promotional campaigns and flash sale activities to hit daily and weekly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative scripts and live content concepts.
- Monitor competitor activities and current trends to improve streaming performance.
- Maintain a professional, upbeat, and authentic on-camera persona at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Live Streamer, Host, MC, or content creator is highly preferred.
- Confident, articulate, and expressive in front of the camera with excellent public speaking skills.
- Strong interest in the F&B industry and a basic understanding of sales techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts as required by campaign schedules.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with social media livestreaming interfaces and tools.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
