Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging live streaming sessions on platforms like TikTok, Shopee, and Instagram to promote Geulis.id products.
- Present product details, sizing, and styling advice to viewers in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
- Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions, acknowledging comments, and building a strong community connection.
- Execute sales-driven strategies to achieve daily and monthly streaming targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to understand upcoming promotions and product highlights.
- Maintain a high energy level and positive brand image throughout the duration of every broadcast.
- Monitor and analyze streaming performance metrics to optimize future engagement and conversion rates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Live Streamer, Host, or similar role, preferably in the fashion or e-commerce industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and confidently in front of a camera.
- Strong knowledge of social media trends and live streaming platform features.
- Creative, energetic, and able to adapt quickly to audience feedback.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evening shifts as required by streaming schedules.
- Proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia); English proficiency is an advantage.
