Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging live streaming sessions on various platforms to promote products and services.
- Actively demonstrate product features and benefits to influence purchasing decisions in real-time.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management team.
- Interact with viewers by answering questions, responding to comments, and addressing feedback promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan engaging live content and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze viewer data and session performance to suggest improvements for future broadcasts.
- Ensure that the live set and equipment are well-maintained and ready for production.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; relevant experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a confident, energetic on-camera presence.
- Ability to improvise and maintain engagement during long streaming sessions.
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or live broadcasting environments.
- Fast learner with a keen interest in e-commerce trends and social media marketing.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict sales-driven KPIs.
- Available to work flexible hours as required by live streaming schedules.
