PT Jmstar Indonesian Media is a fast-growing digital media agency, and we are looking for an energetic and charismatic Host Live Streaming to join our creative team. If you love being in front of the camera, are comfortable engaging with an online audience, and have a passion for sales, this is the perfect role for you.
As our Live Host, you will be the face of our brand on TikTok and Shopee Live. You will be responsible for creating engaging, high-energy shopping experiences, demonstrating product features, and driving real-time sales through dynamic interaction with our viewers. We are seeking a storyteller who can turn casual viewers into loyal customers.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct live streaming sessions daily on TikTok and Shopee platforms according to the schedule.
- Present and demonstrate products effectively to drive audience interest and conversion.
- Engage actively with viewers by answering product questions and building community rapport in real-time.
- Develop creative hooks and scripts to keep the audience entertained and increase retention.
- Collaborate with the social media team to analyze live performance metrics and improve sales targets.
- Manage basic behind-the-scenes setup, including lighting, product placement, and sound checks.
- Execute promotional campaigns and highlight special discounts or flash sales during live broadcasts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Confidence in front of the camera with a cheerful, energetic, and communicative personality.
- Previous experience in live streaming (TikTok/Shopee) or as a Key Opinion Leader (KOL) is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to think on your feet during live, unscripted segments.
- Deep understanding of TikTok and Shopee e-commerce ecosystems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts as required by the business.
- Disciplined, target-oriented, and able to maintain professionalism under pressure.
