Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular live streaming sessions on TikTok Shop to showcase products and drive sales targets.
- Present products in an engaging, professional, and persuasive manner to potential customers.
- Interact with viewers in real-time by answering questions, responding to comments, and addressing product inquiries.
- Create creative and high-energy content to boost engagement and viewer retention during broadcasts.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to plan live stream schedules, promos, and product highlights.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and brand representation throughout all broadcasts.
- Monitor competitor trends and adapt selling techniques to stay ahead in the dynamic e-commerce landscape.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a live streamer, presenter, or sales associate (preferably in e-commerce or TikTok Shop).
- High level of self-confidence and comfort speaking in front of a camera.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an expressive personality.
- Ability to multitask and handle live interactions effectively while maintaining high energy.
- Strong understanding of TikTok’s platform features and current trends.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule to match peak shopping hours.
