We are seeking an experienced Hotel Finance Controller to join our team in Kalianda, Lampung. As a Finance Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing financial compliance, preparing periodic financial reports, and managing the annual budgeting process. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in hotel finance and accounting.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the financial health of our hotel operations, implementing cost-control measures, and providing strategic financial insights to management. You will work closely with department heads to analyze financial performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee financial compliance and ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage the annual budgeting process and monitor budget performance
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Conduct regular financial audits and coordinate with external auditors
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Provide financial guidance and support to department heads
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel finance or hospitality accounting
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
