Join Human Protalent Indonesia as Hotel General Manager and lead the strategic vision for our premium hospitality establishment in Halmahera Tengah. This senior leadership role requires a dynamic professional to drive operational excellence, financial performance, and guest satisfaction across all hotel departments. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive business strategies, optimizing resource allocation, and maintaining brand standards while fostering a culture of innovation and exceptional service delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee entire hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance departments
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals
- Manage financial operations including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and safety protocols
- Lead talent acquisition, training, and development programs for all staff levels
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including corporate clients and local partners
- Implement sustainable operational practices and continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive hotel management experience
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Expert knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management abilities
- Experience in remote/developing locations advantageous
