Tanggung Jawab
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to hotel departmental heads, providing expert guidance on HR-related matters.
- Oversee and manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies specific to the hospitality sector.
- Develop, implement, and interpret HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and professional development plans for hotel staff.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions, fostering a positive and fair work environment.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives, contributing to a strong and inclusive company culture.
- Support the design and delivery of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership to inform strategic decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or HRBP role within the hospitality industry (hotel experience is mandatory).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic hotel environment.
