Are you an experienced construction professional with a passion for high-end hospitality? DL Public Relations is seeking a dynamic Hotel Project & Construction Manager to spearhead large-scale hotel development projects in Pasay City. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring fluency in Mandarin to liaise with international stakeholders, investors, and contractors.
As our lead Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of hotel construction, from initial architectural planning and blueprint approval to onsite construction management and final handover. You will serve as the critical bridge between design teams, procurement, and site engineers, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest international quality standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of local construction regulations, exceptional project management methodologies, and the communication skills necessary to navigate complex multi-cultural project environments.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end construction lifecycle of hotel development projects, ensuring compliance with architectural and structural specifications.
- Coordinate closely with Chinese-speaking investors, stakeholders, and vendors to align project goals and report progress.
- Oversee onsite construction activities, ensuring safety protocols, quality control, and schedule adherence.
- Develop and manage project budgets, procurement schedules, and resource allocation.
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Identify potential construction risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders to resolve design or execution conflicts efficiently.
- Oversee the final inspection, commissioning, and handover process for completed hospitality facilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in large-scale construction management, specifically within the hotel, resort, or luxury commercial sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction codes, building materials, and site safety management in the Philippines.
- Proven track record of delivering high-value projects on time and within budget.
- Advanced proficiency in Project Management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CAD/BIM tools.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills for board-level stakeholders.
