In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between conceptual design and physical realization. You will be responsible for end-to-end project lifecycle management, ensuring that our hotel properties meet the highest international standards of quality, safety, and operational efficiency. Given our expanding footprint and partnerships, the ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin is essential for coordinating with key regional stakeholders, investors, and contractors.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the entire project lifecycle for hotel developments, from initial planning and design phases to final delivery and handover.
- Act as the primary liaison between local stakeholders, regional investors, and Mandarin-speaking construction teams.
- Manage architectural consultants, engineers, and interior designers to ensure brand identity and quality standards are maintained.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to manage the tender process, material selection, and cost estimation.
- Identify potential construction risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns.
- Prepare comprehensive project status reports and updates for executive management and stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in large-scale hospitality or commercial construction projects.
- Mandarin fluency (written and spoken) is strictly required for high-level stakeholder engagement.
- Proven track record in project scheduling, cost control, and managing complex multi-disciplinary teams.
- Deep understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards applicable to hotel developments in Malaysia.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage relationships with diverse contractors and vendors.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, or Procore) and CAD software.
