Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the front desk reception area with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Greet and assist guests and visitors, ensuring all security and check-in procedures are followed.
  • Coordinate booking schedules and manage administrative documentation related to hotel/home supply services.
  • Provide detailed information to clients regarding our premium product range and services.
  • Maintain an organized filing system and manage office supplies inventory.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless operational workflows.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic office equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude with a high level of integrity and reliability.
  • Pleasant personality and a genuine passion for guest relations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant hospitality certifications are a plus.
