We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Staff to join our team at Seven Boards Canggu, a premier guest house in the vibrant heart of Canggu, Bali. As a Housekeeper, you will be instrumental in maintaining our exceptional standards of cleanliness and comfort for international guests. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and a passion for hospitality excellence. You will ensure all guest rooms and common areas are impeccably maintained, creating a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to quality service. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain daily cleanliness of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to five-star standards
- Perform deep cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
- Restock guest amenities (toiletries, linens, minibar items) according to inventory protocols
- Report maintenance issues or damaged property to management promptly
- Adhere strictly to hygiene and safety regulations including proper chemical handling
- Collaborate with front desk team to coordinate room turnovers and guest requests
- Manage cleaning supplies inventory and equipment maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong physical stamina to handle daily cleaning tasks
- Basic English communication skills
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
- Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning practices is advantageous
