Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of assigned areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common spaces
- Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and linen inventory
- Stock and replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and guest amenities
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to established hygiene protocols and safety standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping team to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and inventory
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage techniques
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to handle standing, bending, and lifting tasks
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid work permits and required certifications for Indonesia
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English communication
