Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across resort facilities
  • Train, mentor, and manage housekeeping staff to maintain high performance standards
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and inventory management systems
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Manage housekeeping budgets and supply procurement efficiently

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3 years experience in housekeeping management, preferably in hospitality
