- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of common areas, corridors, and facilities
- Assist residents and guests with inquiries, directions, and facility requests
- Monitor and report maintenance issues, security concerns, or supply needs
- Support event preparation and special facility maintenance projects

Kualifikasi
